POAH

Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) is a Boston-based nonprofit developer, owner and operator of over 14,000 affordable homes in thirteen states and the District of Columbia including over 3700 apartment homes in Massachusetts. POAH’s mission is to preserve, create and sustain affordable, healthy homes that support economic security and access to opportunity for all. POAH Communities is our property management company, which oversees more than 100 POAH properties.

Watertown Housing Authority

The Watertown Housing Authority seeks to ensure that every person in Greater Boston will always have a place to call home. The WHA is devoted to supporting the stability of our residents by establishment of educational, employment, and social service counseling.

MASS Design

MASS Design believes that every project has a mission and we collaborate with our partners throughout the design process — from early visioning through project completion — to develop and implement a shared vision to achieve that mission.
