Spring 2024 – Winter 2025: Community meetings & design development
July 2025: Receive zoning permission through Chapter 40B
Fall 2025: Secure all local funding
Fall 2025 – Winter 2026: Apply for state funding

The construction timeline will depend on the state funding process, but construction will likely not start until December 2026 and will take two years to complete. The team will work with families who need to be relocated once an award of state funding is received. There is no need to move at this time. If you have questions about relocation, please reach out to mmiller@poah.org.
